| Introduction | Privileged and graced to be called in enlistment to the divine ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ, as an ambassador, with a divine instruction to "make straight in the desert a highway for our God". Now all things are of God, who has reconciled me to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given me the ministry of reconciliation, that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to me the word of reconciliation. Now then, I am an ambassador for Christ, as though God were pleading through me: I implore you on Christ's behalf, be reconciled to God (2 Cor. 5:18-20). I am fully persuaded that as the Lord takes away the yoke from your neck (as represented by every desert experience) and reconcile you to Him, He shall perform His good pleasure to you and give your life the true meaning it deserves, in this age and hereafter.
