| Introduction | I am a recent graduate from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I have a B.S. in Nutrition and strongly believe in the healing power of food. I also have a great passion for cooking and great tasting food. I created this blog in order to help break down a common myth that eating and being healthy has to be difficult and boring.
