| Introduction | Under the table. In the corner. Behind the bar. You name it. I hid in all those spots to sneak junk food, while Mom read books by nutrition guru Adele Davis. I even ate nasty, artificial red maraschino cherries under restaurant tables—and thoroughly enjoyed them. Fast forward years later. Now I'm a mom to five awesome kids and striving to feed them nutritious choices in a GMO-White bread world. I've repented my earlier food transgressions, even though I rather eat chocolate and bon bons all day. Here are my healthy recipes & tips that even us junkies can learn to love.
