| Introduction | I'm a 49 year and 11 month old who recently went through Uterine Fibroid Embolization (UFE)to deal with my issues with, of course, uterine fibroids. Because of my experience and the lack of knowledge on the procedure, I vowed that I was going to share whatever happened so more women could take advantage of this procedure and save themselves from having hysterectomies. I'm a librarian at a University Library. I'm also involved in my union where I am Local president, Council President and also Treasurer of our County Labor Council. I'm also involved in Politics. My hobbies include knitting, making punched wool rugs, gardening and keeping up with our two cats, Jeffy and Churchill (who is diabetic) |
