Introduction	My name is Mark Enomoto. Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii. I attended culinary school at Kapiolani Community College's Culinary Institute of the Pacific in January 2010 at the age of 33 - a career changer you could say. That's when this blog was started, and this has been a blog on my culinary journey ever since. My name is one I can only hope I can live up to. The dictionary defines the word mark as follows: mark / [mahrk]–noun 1. a visible impression or trace on something. At the end this life which my Heavenly Father has blessed my with, I humbly pray that it's one that pleases God and leaves a trace of good impressions on others. As a career cook I also pray that it leaves a trace of good tastes and impressions - whether it be through senses, memories, and/or emotions.
