Introduction	I made this blog because I became vegan 5 years back and my mom & I have made tons of delicious food (as well as personal progress!) using all humane vegan ingredients. I wanted to share our recipes with the world so others can move towards a healthier, humane lifestyle =] I have suffered from hypothyroid for 4 years, chronic fatigue due to epstein-barr which resulted in candida overgrowth, and I was recently diagnosed with allergy to gluten. Despite cutting gluten out of my diet, I still struggle with digestive issues and I'm hoping food is the cure.
