| Introduction | I retired May 1st, 2007, from a 25 year career helping people with developmental disabilities. I am also the mother of 5 children who have given me 16 grand children. I probably give too much advice but that's only because I have read so many self help books. I grew up on a farm and have always loved animals and right now share my heart with a Bichon named Ozzy, and an extremely independent feline by the name of FiFi. I love to get comments on my blogs so feel free to correspond. |
| Interests | I like to study behaviors, family issues, clean my house, play with grandchildren and animals and my Nintendo DS, write, travel, and watch the Jazz in basketball. |
| Favorite movies | My favorites change often but I do like A Beautiful Mind, Song of The South, and Gone With The Wind. |
| Favorite music | I enjoy the music from the 40's and 50's that was played in our home when I was a little girl. We'd roll back the rugs and dance on the hardwood floors. I like most music but it has to fit my mood. I like to clean house to Dixieland or the Beach Boys. Placido Domingo has a high mark on my list of favorites too. |
| Favorite books | I like historical novels, crime novels, books on behavior, self-help books, humorous nonsense, and some fantasy. I think it's fun to read to children. |
