Introduction	Although it's never been officially diagnosed, I've gone crazy a few times in my life. Everyone must re-invent themselves into something better and stronger, no matter how much they tell you to "be true to yourself". Being true to yourself is changing who you are as life dictates. We can't all be the person we once were when we were in college, or raising a newborn, or even when you first committed yourself to that one person you said you'd spend the rest of your life with. I've found that with every exciting birthday, I morph into some updated form of mom, wife, teacher, dog lover, writer, dreamer, homebody, crazy lady, homemaker, politeness vigilante or a woman who is (and always will be) a TRUE Texan-at-heart. My husband works hard in an office, I work hard at the home. His job is to engineer land and buildings, my job is to engineer our home life. Our daughter's job is to grow into a good person.
