| Introduction | Hi I’m a happy and relatively healthy ME / CFS sufferer and I want to share all I’ve learned about self-help . This is the second time I’ve had this condition, I was lucky enough to completely recover for 7 years. Because of all I learned the first time round, this time my symptoms have been very mild. I hope that all the energy I’ve put into learning about how best to manage and overcome this illness can help others too.
