Introduction	I am currently a Hospitality Instructor attached to the Multi-Sector Skills Training Programme (MuST)and a student of the Trinidad and Tobago Hospitality and Tourism Institute where I am pursuing my Bachelors of Science Degree in Culinary Management. I am totally passionate about my field of study. I someday hope to further my knowledge and skills to sufficiently educate me to materialize my dream of opening a restaurant that specializes in international cuisines that would be rotated throughout the year.
