Introduction	About Us... We discovered and fell in love with France in 2003 on our first trip to France and Belgium together. We always yearned to do a long stay in one location and really feel and live the French life. Our dream was realized in 2012 when we stayed in a lovely rented cottage in the town of Gourdon in the Lot Valley for three months. We immersed ourselves into the French way of life and experienced the joie de vie and loved it. In 2013 we had an Encore Rendezvous with our beloved country of France. Another amazing experience. We’ve travelled to France almost every year. This blog is how we stay in touch with family and friends. We have now widened our travels to discover other areas ... Azores, Madeira, Spain and most recently we experienced our first cruise visiting various ports in the Mediterranean. Our last travels took us back to France & Spain in September 2019. Then pandemic hit … a hold on travel happened. Now we are back at it. We invite you to see these places through our eyes and experiences! The photos are owned by us, unless otherwise noted.
