Introduction	I had never run a marathon or done a century ride. So I thought, why not do them both in the same day? So against the advice of some of my friends I signed up for Ironman Canada August 2011. And I have to say it was the best decision of my life! Now that I've completed two Ironmans I've had to find a new goal...it will be running a marathon in all 50 states! This goal may take me 10 to 20 years...but I'll keep you all informed about my progress!
