Introduction	My Pinterest boards can now be found under funjani. As a past Girl Scout Leader, All Night Grad and Prom decorator, Teacher, and even magician, I seem to encounter people who keep telling me that I think "outside the box." So, when my kids decided to set this blog up for me, it seemed the perfect title. I have been planning my husband's office events and activities for 25 years. I hope my creativity makes events that much more fun. I like to find new ways to teach concepts. I substitute a lot in first and second grades now, and the teachers let me plan events at school. It keeps my creative juices flowing. This blog is devoted to ideas that I have tried out, so that I can encourage you to try them out also. I have used all of the math ideas in classrooms. I hope if you use anything on this blog, you have as much fun creating as I do.
Favorite books	JDRobb murder mysteries,historical romances, and Girl With the Dragon Tattoo series. I've read every Jane Austen book.
