| Introduction | I am a Business Coach. I own a company called ActionCOACH Business Coaching. I have owned 5 companies and am addicted to business growth work. I got into business coaching because while growing one of these companies I met many business owners who were struggling to accomplish their goals. I realized that the two places entrepreneurs were getting help from were accountants and consultants. Both were not helping these entrepreneurs in the way they needed (i.e. strategies coupled with some accountability). So I sold that company and became a Business Coach in early 2006. Since then I've helped more than 100 businesses grow their revenues, improve their teams, and most of my clients learned how to do this while working fewer hours. My one to one coaching clients are generally composed of business owners generating $350,000- $10 million in revenue. We also have programs for smaller companies that are very effective.
