| Introduction | Γεια, είμαι η Μαριαλένα! Δεν είμαι πιστοποιημένη "chef" αλλα είμαι ΜΑΜΑ και αυτο με καθιστά chef του σπιτιού μου! Τον περισσότερο χρόνο της ημέρας τον περνάω μέσα στην κουζίνα! Σκοπός του blog; Να εχω ενα ηλεκτρονικό αρχείο σε δυο γλώσσες, Αγγλικά και Ελληνικά, απο τις συνταγές που κληρονόμησα απο την οικογένεια μου και οχι μόνο! :-) Hey! My name is Marialena! Im not a certified "chef" but Im a MOM, which certainly makes me the chef of my home!! I spend most of my time in my kitchen ensuring a stable, healthy and tasty diet for my family! The reason Ive created this blog is to record recipes in both English and Greek, which have been passed down my family, some new ones that have caught my eye but with my own personal twist and of course a few of my favorite recipes inspired from my travels!
