| Introduction | I’m a mama to two awesome little dudes, a wife, and a registered nurse. I studied health and fitness for 4 years prior to nursing school, which is where I first became passionate about health & wellness. I’ve always leaned a little toward the “holistic” side. Soon after my oldest son W was born, I really started searching and educating myself on how to live and parent more naturally. I’m trying to make a conscious effort to reduce our family’s exposure to unnecessary toxins from food, and improve everyones health. I would love to educate as many people as I can about health & wellness, natural parenting & birth, healthy recipes, and baby safe products for the home. I’ve always loved to cook, and find that my time in the kitchen is what I look forward to most in my day. I never follow recipes, and that can be good and bad ;) This blog is a great way for me to keep track of all my recipes, things that I am learning, new ideas and products and also share them with all of you! |
