Introduction	Flow Retreats is a boutique weekend retreat held in beaches and resorts around the Philippines and Asia. Typically a weekend consisted of learning Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga with Monica Manzano, surfing the waves at the best surf spots in the Philippines, dancing to latin music beats as well as nourishing one’s body with delicious gourmet meals and raw food snacks.
