IntroductionStress Reduction 101 was created to teach people how to relax and manage their stress. Research suggests that more than 80% of disease is either caused or aggravated by stress. Stress can have wide ranging effects on emotions, mood and behavior and, equally important, any part of the body can be affected by stress. As I build this blog, I encourage readers to add to the information I post. I like massage, self-hypnosis and frequent vacations -- but you may prefer a brawl on the rugby field to relax. This blog is for everyone. In my experience, many people eat because they are stressed. From now on, the Monday blog is now Get Over Your Eating Issues day. This may be a challenge for me - Finding good news about eating when there are so many horror stories in the media. Hang in there -- We'll do it together.
Favorite musicRelaxing music is really in the mind of the listener. One man's Pachelbel Canon is another man's AC/DC. But, all means, tell me what you like.
