With the assistance of fine teams, developed over 300 community residential and clinical facilities for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Served as Executive Director of several agencies serving individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Also, developed some of the first facilities in the country for individuals with Asperger's. Earlier in career, a college administrator (Dean of Students) and Special Education Teacher. Served as a consultant in continuous quality improvement and customer relationship management to health, behavioral health and social services agencies. Author of: "7 Steps to TQM" and "Transforming Transactions to Quality." Available for consulting in behavioral health care and continuous quality improvement. Go Steelers!
