Introduction	Enthusiastic reader of books, blogs, and occasionally instruction manuals; just a little bit interested in nearly everything. I have recently finished studying for an MA in English Studies at Exeter University and specialising in the Twentieth Century. Before this I did a BA at Cambridge University, at Magdalene College, studying English Literature. While an undergrad I choose to focus on Postcolonial Studies, Postmodernism and wrote my dissertation on Margret Atwood's novels Oryx and Crake and The Year of the Flood, looking at issues of the environment and technology. I also chose Anglo-Saxon for my language module, which was a very daunting challenge yet massively rewarding in the end - it isn't often useful for the modern focus I have now but to read something so different always gets me inspired. When I'm not studying I try to get creative, especially doing something practical with my hands. My main hobby has always been reading and I'll try anything once; mostly though I read contemporary realist literature and science fiction.
