| Introduction | ...this blog is to rant about anything from bad customer service to value that doesn't seem to quite match the price being charged. Companies may change their packaging or put a "New and Improved" sticker on it, but they need to give the customer a little more credit. We notice, and we share. We are consumers and we're out there consuming products and services everyday. So if you don't fit into our operational definition of good value for the price, and good customer service, you might just end up on our "Top Worst Companies" list. We don't think that is an honor you want bestowed on your walls, then again, it was you who inspired us to start this blog. |
