| Introduction | January 2009 I was offically diagnosed as having salicylate sensitivity. Salicylates are a naturally occuring food additive. Everyone who has this has a threshold much like those intolerant to dairy, gluten, wheat etc. I struggle everyday with not only learning my boundaries but sticking to them. I hope this can help someone else going through the same as me. |
