Introduction	I stay creative and am continuing my education to achieve my passion, specifically I want to be a Pastry Chef. Have the opportunity to travel the world, meet new people, eat different foods and incorporate the tastes into my own baking. My mother likes to introduce me as a Pastry Artist, and in some ways she's right. My background is in art and sculpture. Moving forward I want to bring the elements from art into my baking and presentations.
