| Introduction | Ever since I was little, I can remember being in the kitchen and watching my aunt go to work with her mixer making cakes from scratch! Occasionally she would let me help her, but most of the time it was just with turning the bowl while the mixer was on. She taught me so much about baking that I have carried on with me to this day! Just recently I decided to try out a hand with cake decorating...and I have loved every minute of it!! I haven't taken any courses in cake decorating yet, but I hope to in the future. I have been learning new techniques as I go! |
