| Introduction | Advait was born in Nagpur, India into a Marathi family. His mother Veena was in government service and his father, Vijay Thakur is an Architect. Advait spent most of the time in pune before leaving abroad and started his career as software engineer in Pune. He was the youngest visiting faculty in top B-schools of India to deliver visiting lectures on SAP technology in 2009 Advait is very well known in the Business Intelligence ecosystem as a community leader, BI influencer, IoT, data exchange platforms and owns the famous Qlik Enthusiasts group on LinkedIn. A computer management by master’s degree, he has been designing and implementing enterprise dashboards for major corporate clients since 2011 and is considered to be one of the top data visualization experts in the world. At present he is a solution expert, strategist and advisor to enterprises and governments for large projects on Smart Cities, Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence and Industry 4.0. He is also a well-known runner, speaker, a philanthropist and trained on toastmasters international model to deliver TED talks. |
