| Introduction | Scott Eckersall is President of Eckersall, a GIS services company in Chino, CA. He has 24 years’ professional experience in GIS, GPS, engineering, and other spatially relevant technology. He graduated with a BS in Civil Engineering from Cal State L.A. There he was the president of Chi Epsilon and held various officer positions in Tau Beta Pi.
