Introduction	My name is Stephanie and I am a wife, mother and grandmother (Nomi). My husband Lee and I have been married for almost 7 years and have had the oppertunity to live in several places due to the fact that he is in the Army. I learned about Paleo eating and lifestyle because my husband is an avid Crossfit Addict and one day he mentioned it to me, every since then I have been crazy about it. I have always had an interest in clean eating and a healthier lifestyle so this was perfect for us.
