Introduction	Hi! Archana here! I am a pure Karwari and a die hard foodie! Pretty much living on the border of Goa , I have been influenced by both cultures and the Karwari cuisine imbibes the flavours of most ingredients used along the coast starting from Goa to Mangalore. The history of Karwari food goes a long way which I would love to share with you. Recipes like Bangadache Dhodak, Kalvache Sukke, Tisrache Fadfade, and many more! Vegetarian recipes like Wali bhaji, Muga gashi, etc are just some of are my personal favourites. All of these have been passed on from my ajji to my aayi and now to me.
