| Introduction | I am a nature lover and passionate gardener, living in Florida's Peace River Valley with my husband and three kids. I am always pushing the limits here in Zone 9, growing as many tropical plants as possible. Attracting birds, butterflies, and bugs is top priority in my garden. For those who are wondering, no, we do not have mountains and valleys in peninsular Florida. But we do call our higher elevations "ridges" and the lower elevations "valleys."
