Introduction	Hi, my name is Lori and I am a first grade teacher that LOVES baking. I have a fabulous husband and 2 beautiful girls. The picture is of me and my wonderful mom. In January of 2010, we were hit with some big financial problems. By the time a year went by we were still really struggling. This was when I decided I wanted to do something else to help. Thus Fairy Dust Cupcakes was born. I am so so so excited about this new venture. I absolutely LOVE baking and LOVE trying new ideas for cupcakes and cake pops. I am keeping my fingers crossed. My long term goal is to actually have my own shop someday...
