| Introduction | Hello, my name is Amarinh Kongmanivong. I am a mother of three beautiful little boys. We've served eight years in the United States Air Force and then moved from San Diego, CA to Jamestown, NC 3 years ago. Here I landed a great job merchandising. I have worked with the some of the most wonderful people in the furniture business. Recently I've decided to leave the work field to pursue my passion as a Designer. (~I am over joyed with this decision.) I am now a full time student and am currently going through a wonderful design program at RCC. In doing so, I have discovered that design is truly my first love. My work is heavily influenced by comfort, personalized styles combined with sustainability and function. I view the world through designer eyes -I see it's purpose, function, style and beauty. I've had the privilege of traveling and experiencing the beauty of living spaces throughout the world. I've learn to cross boundaries of different cultures and have found beauty in all of our differences. |
