| Introduction | For the past 12 years my oldest friend and I have been meeting in Smithfield meat market early on a Sunday morning and then running on different routes for around one hour. We finish off with a breakfast and a put-the-world-to-rights chat at Smiths of Smithfield. What started as part of a fitness routine has developed over time into a much richer and entertaining past time. Things happen - we always seem to be just one second away from a life-affirming event or an unexpected accident. This blog aims to share some of those moments + some art . |
