Introduction Hi My name is Contessa Isabel Vacani. I was born in the Philippines, went to UC Berkeley and Juilliard in the USA, and have worked and lived around the world. I am concert and jazz pianist, writer, composer, former model, entrepreneur, artist, former head of marketing & PR for Gucci, a former advisor to two multi-billiionaire families, and speak more languages than I have fingers. Interests rare tropical orchids and flowers, s.a. the Waling-Waling orchid aka as Vanda Sanderiana, the Medinilla Magnifica, natice to the Philippine Islands. It has almost tulip shaped flowers fuchsia and pink in color.. Rare books dating back to the 12th century. I inherited many of these collections from Baron Ghislaire von Flesch in Rome who had no children. Travelling as an explorer into countries at war, or in the process of peace negotiations, or reconstruction like Mozambique, Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Yemen, Somalia, Lebanon, Saharawi area, Libya, Tibet, Xingiang, Sumatra, Borneo. Composing music for the Chinese Pipar, the Erhu, the Shanay, the Ud, Sitar, Kanoun, and the Kora. Composing for the human voice in Gregorian chants.
