| Introduction | Anton "Ried" Stelly is from Richmond, Virginia and has been a world traveller since his first trip to Europe at age 12. Fascinated by different cultures, languages, geographies, and of course all things food, he is exploring the incredible world around him on his quest to fully appreciate the diverse beauty and remarkable energy of the planet and the uniqueness of its peoples. He met his husband, Alex, while living in Beijing, China. After more than 2 years living in Beijing, he and Alex moved to Austin, Texas. Far away from their beloved Asia, together they continue to explore the world, currently focusing on the far reaches of the Western Hemisphere - in particular, Central and South America. |
