| Introduction | I was born and brought up in Delhi, India. After my graduation in science, I did Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with specialization in Cost & Budgetary Control and Foreign Trade Management. I worked as teacher in various schools for almost 20 years. I have done B.Ed. and Post Graduate Diploma in Pre-primary education. I am fond of reading business and self help books. Due to some health issues, I was more inclined towards the phenomenon "prevention is better than cure" and was into healthy lifestyle. I did Diploma in Nutrition and Health Education. Now I have no health issues and lead a healthy lifestyle. So I thought of sharing my experiences with you all. |
