| Introduction | Manager, Team Lead, and Speaker with 20 years of professional experience in software development and project/team management. Founder of Simax Virt S.L. (www.simaxvirt.com), a Simulation&Training Solutions company, supplier of corporations like Toyota Motor Europe and Bentley Motors. Awarded as Microsoft DirectX MVP between 2009 and 2013. Right after that, he became a part of Microsoft Game Studios, moved to England and joined Rare as a Sr Tools&Pipeline Engineer. In 2014, he joined Electronic Arts as Associate Technical Director, and became manager of the I18N and Engineering Support teams, working on most EA titles for all platforms. He has spoken in events like the Frostbite DevDays (Stockholm, 2017), IntroGraph II (Madrid, 2014), Microsoft Innovation Day (Bilbao, 2010), Microsoft Code Camp (Huelva, 2007) or the SIACG (Portugal. 2002). In 2017, he returned to his homeland and now combines teaching at University with some research activity and his role as Head of Software at Telefonica. |
