Introduction	I grew up on L.I. and I miss the ocean but enjoy my annual visits home to enjoy family and the beach. I currently live on 48 acres in the Bule Ridge Mtns. of Va. with my husband and two dogs. We are emptynesters with 4 grown children 3 are married and 3 grandchildren and one on the way due in March. I work full time as a home health nurse, and I am looking forward to retiring in about 3-4 yrs. Hopefully the time will fly. I am setting up another blog because I had to change my email and so I just changed everything out. I have an etsy shop barbarasnook@etsy.com and sell a vareity of handmade items.
Interests	soapmaking, scrapbooking, card making, knitting, quilting, gardening and antiquing
Favorite movies	victorian romance, contemporary comedies,
Favorite music	Carol King, Carly Simon, Judy Collins, Joan Baez, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Rod Stewart, The Chieftians, Enja and so many others.
Favorite books	So many, currently finishing the help I read a variety of fiction and nonfiction, and also victorian novels.
