| Introduction | A new year, a new direction for this blog. My focus these days is on school and health, so that's what I'm going to write about. This blog will now focus on my quest to perfect my health, including weight loss and dealing with 2 different academic programs. A little about me: I was born and raised in Southern California and I'm living here again. I've lived in several other U.S. cities and Moscow, Russia, but no other place beats California and it's one of the best places for year-round riding. I love to travel; my best vacation/food experience was the week I spent in Paris, France. Whether sweet or savory, the food was amazing. If you go, EAT EVERYTHING! And since people ask... the title for this blog came about when I was dabbling in chocolate truffle creations, and, of course, I ride a motorcycle. Thanks for stopping by.
