Introduction	My husband and I are Christians. We believe in Jesus Christ as the Son of God. He is our Savior and Lord. We live in the Netherlands. We have 3 adult and married children and 7 grandchildren. They all live in different parts of this small country. Sewing isn't new to me... my mother taught me at a young age to master the sewing machine. After several sewing machines (a Vendomatic, a Singer 1425 and a Janome Horizon 7700 QCP. ) I am now the grateful owner of the Brother Innov'is VQ2400 (VQ2 in Europe). What a wonderful machine! Never been so satisfied with a sewing machine as with this one! I was raised in Canada as a child and English is still the language I consider to be my native language. Hence I love to communicate in and read English. That's the reason why this blog isn't written in Dutch, although I have lived in this country for the past 47 years now.
