Introduction	I'm an Irish law graduate, still studying but finally having the time to enjoy my passion- baking! I hope not to share too many philosophies on life in common with Tony Soprano et al. But there is however an interest we share- food. Food is to be enjoyed, to be home-cooked with love. Food is identity, culture and family. Births, deaths, marriages, break up's and homecomings are best marked with food. I love searching the internet for new and exciting recipes but find them sometimes very unreliable which leads to disappointing results.
