| Introduction | Hi, I'm Emily. I'm 22 years old and I'm from Northampton. I decided to call this my rollercoaster weight loss ride because that's exactly what it has been over the last year or so. I've been on and off the Weight Watchers wagon since April 2008 and I've lost about 2stone in that time - but with lots of ups and downs!
