In addition, and as a part of Lisa Peterson Gourmet Productions, she operates both the well known Lisa Peterson Catering and Cafe Shakespeare, a seasonal cafe located at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival Theater in Boise. A' Tavola's head Chef, Tim Holley has worked with Lisa for over 15 years and collaborates with her on all of their food adventures. |
