| Introduction | John and I were married at 20 (a looooong time ago). I have always enjoyed cooking and John will eat pretty much anything edible (with the exception to mayonnaise and bacon fat). This is the perfect dynamic for me to do all the grocery shopping and food prep. It works for us. In 1997 and then in 2000 we had two daughters. As the girls grew, we somehow got caught up with the rebel homeschool groups. Even though we are usually home at lunchtime, I have found our day goes much more smoothly if lunches are already packed and ready to go. An added bonus is that we are ready to go anywhere at a moment's notice. It is my hope that others can get some ideas on packing lunches. |
