Introduction	is a local advocacy group based in Davao City, Philippines. LPD is promoting the idea of political restructuring, i.e. Federalism, as a political solution to the long-running conflict and underdevelopment in the Southern part of the Philippines. LPD is affiliated to Lihok Pideral Mindanaw (LPM) and the Citizens' Movement for a Federal Philippines (CMFP).
