Introduction	Born in South Africa raised in the UK until the yearning to see the world could wait no longer.And in 1964 with guitar and sleeping bag over my shoulder tO Asia I did go, Istanbul the Magnificnet ; Trabzon on the Black Sea,Herat ; Kandahar, via the Khyber to the Plains of India, where years were spent with Sadhus Fakirs ,and the Mamlungi followers or Rumi, thence back to Europe tales too wonderful to tell.Europe Thence to Brasil in the early 1970s, Rio de Janeiro, Bahia n Bolivia, Peru, the list still goes on!
