Introduction Kesha Boyce Williams has been an award-winning journalist and interactive professional for more than 12 years. She's written for The Charlotte Observer, The Commercial Appeal (Memphis) and the Times-Union (Jacksonville). She's managed Web sites for a variety of corporations and non-profit organizations. A Laurens, S.C. native, she currently resides in the Midwest, but has a heart in the Diaspora. She's the proud wife of Zachery Williams, publisher of The Black Public Intellectual online magazine. The purpose of this site is to INSPIRE, ENCOURAGE and INFORM those that are young, black and gifted. All young people should know that they have a gift and that gift should be encouraged. To the not so young - stop planting seeds of doubt in young people and talking about how bad this generation is. That is discouraging. BE ENCOURAGED by these stories. Psalm 71:5-6 "For You are my hope, O Lord GOD; You are my trust from my youth. By You I have been upheld from birth; You are He who took me out of my mother's womb. My praise shall be continually of You."
