Introduction	"She employs sound judgment and I have relied on her advice extensively. She occasionally arrives at firm conclusions before 'the whole picture' is evident. One special talent that she has is the ability to identify inconsistencies and challenges within internal processes and practices. As a whole, this is largely untapped resource that the we should acknowledge in efforts to streamline and make our processes more logical and efficient. Given more flexibility and responsibility to put her ideas into action (or at least raise them in group discussions), I think the whole office would benefit from her insight into various internal processes and areas of potential improvement. This is not a fault of hers, but rather, the restraints inherent to the existing structures/expectations within the office."
