Introduction	I am a fitness instructor who teaches Pilates reformer, Pilates Mat and Spinning. I currently live in Florida, but my heart belongs where I grew up: in North Carolina. I am a graduate of Peace College in Raleigh and Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I have a son who is 26 years old and is a graduate of UCF.
