| Introduction | After working 6 years for a mid size national corporation I was hurt on the job. After only a week of disability I was notified that I would be terminated after my temporary disability ended. This is what prompted me to hire an attorney. This has been a crazy and difficult experience. I am sharing what I have learned so that it might help someone else move through this labyrinth of uncertainty with a little more information.
