Introduction	Originally grew up in the cornfields of the Midwest, but spent half my life in Texas. I am the owner of a legal services company, and a martial arts instructor, hold an undergraduate degree in history, and my purpose in life is to write fiction. Having worked predominately in the legal profession, one would think my writing would be mysteries, however, my published work, as well as the unpublished, has been in the science fiction and fantasy genre, with a smattering of mainstream/literary poetry. My best achievement thus far was publication of my short story "The Magic Fruit" which appeared in Marion Zimmer Bradley's Fantasy Magazine. My most current publication was the short story, "The Last Moment Loop", which appeared on the e-zine, Anotherealm as part of their bi-monthly contest series in which this story also garnered Third Place in the Sep-Oct 2010 Contest.
